CETELEM’S Customer Services Dept successfully renews its ISO 9001 certification in July 2008

Since 2002, CETELEM’S Customer Services department (formerly UCB) has been certified ISO 9001. The department, which is specialised in the research, implementation and the management of property loans for its customers, has just obtained a 3 year ISO 9001 certification renewal. It will be delivered by AFNOR CERTIFICATION in July 2008.
