IRS Consulting Department has been ISO 9001 certified since October 2008

The activities of the IRS Consulting Department (Retail Banking Division – International Retail Services) focus on improving the operational efficiency of the Division’s Core Businesses. The principle functions of the department are to:
- evaluate, from an operational perspective, the entities that the Division wishes to acquire,
- carry out diagnostic assessments of the operational efficiency of the Core Businesses within the different structures using tried and tested methods, and offer recommendations on how to improve it,
- monitor the implementation of the recommendations.
In October 2008, the IRS Consulting Department was successful in achieving ISO 9001 certification, awarded by AFNOR Certification.
