Cortal Consors’ IT Production Department is both ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 certified as of December 2008
The IT Production Department of Cortal Consors, a subsidiary of BNP Paribas and the leading European broker in personal investments and on-line trading, successfully obtained ISO 20000 certification, awarded to it by AFNOR certification in December 2008, and complemented by the renewal of its ISO 9001 certification, for its IT production and desk-top publishing activities.
The activities that have received certification include the operating, monitoring, management and development of Cortal Consors’ information systems, particularly with respect to services rendered to Partner Clients.
This dual certification confirms that the quality of IT services is of primary concern to Cortal Consors.
The ISO 9001 and 20000 certification, awarded by an independent organisation, and based on exacting and high international standards, demonstrates Cortal Consors’ commitment to fulfilling client expectations by implementing efficient and secure procedures to ensure a high level of operational quality and integrity.
