BNP Paribas, first bank to have received ISO 14001 certification for its Customer Services & Reception branch model
In December 2008, the Customer Services & Reception branch model was awarded ISO 14001 environmental certification for the three following criteria:
• Branch layout designed around the Customer Services & Reception model,
• Management of the building works, as well as management of the running and maintenance of the branches,
• Continuous improvement of the design model and its framework.
