In the banking-insurance sector, BNP Paribas is the market leader in ISO certification

(1) These rankings are based on the ISO SURVEY of world statistics as well as data from AFNOR certification and Bureau Veritas, all of which have a global presence and which together currently represent 75% of the French certification market.
With more than 70 ISO certifications, BNP is today: (1)
- The world leader in ISO 9001 certification in the banking and insurance sectors;
- The first bank to be jointly certified in ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 in information technology service management;
- The first bank to be jointly certified in ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 in information technology service management;
The first French bank to be certified in ISO 14001 for its "Accueil et Services" (Customer Services & Reception) branch model.
