Second successful ISO 20000 audit for the IT Production, Information Technology & Processes department (ITP) in English

Less than a year after receiving a double ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 certification – a first in France – the Group’s IT Production department (ITP-ITPS) was audited for the second time from 21 to 24 January.
The auditor underlined the flexibility of the organisation in place, its highly structured approach to each process, and the efficiency of its monitoring methodologies. He congratulated ITPS management’s full commitment for having placed a process-by-process based management at the core of its operational system.
For Eric Petitjean, Head of department, “the actions carried out under the umbrella of the ISO 9001 and ISO 20000 certifications totally match the Ambition 2010 programme. ITPS has acquired a flexible organisation and the means to measure its performance. This follow-up audit has demonstrated the quality and soundness of our organisation based on a process-by-process structure. The culture and mechanisms in place should enable the department to increase its efficiency and face the major changes expected to occur in the medium term”.
